Klingon and Romulan shuttles WIP II

Captain's Blog Stardate 201207.27

I have been slowly working on my Klingon and Romulan shuttles. I used tape to hold down the Romulan engines for these pictures.

I have the main parts down on each shuttle, now I need to add detail to make them look the part.

On a side note I ordered some of Rebel Minis Manths today. I can't wait to get them in and paint them up.

  1. Nice work in progress, Capt. I had a little chuckle when I saw the next-to-the-last picture...looks like my fingers super glued to a model! (my right hand is reaching for my jar of acetone)

They are from the old AMT TOS3 peice set: http://di1-3.shoppingshadow.com/images/pi/cf/8b/e8/90159415-260x260-0-0_Amt+Ertl+Star+Trek+Space+Ship+Set+Model+Kit.jpg

  4. Most COOL! I just discovered your site and I MUST BUY the TOS minis!!!! I've been looking for them since the 1980s for FASA Trek.

BTW-Have you ever thought of making these shuttlecraft "Paper Models" instead? They would be much cheaper and you could sell them online also.
